    Desert Palms Mobile Home Park
    Hemet, CA
    Installed over a megawatt of solar arrays (85% carports) in a challenging environment with extremely tight quarters. Alacrity Energy acted on behalf of the property owner to navigate through many scheduling and layout challenges. Interacted with financial institutions to secure 100% financing of nearly $4,000,000. Alacrity intensively negotiated with the installer and local government on behalf of the property owner bringing all conflicts to favorable conclusions. Alacrity was instrumental in securing over $1,000,000 of unique rebates from the state of California.

  • 2007/2014
    Hebrew Academy
    Huntington Beach, CA
    Installed initial 27kW solar system at The Hebrew Academy of Huntington Beach in 2007 and expanded it to 214kW in 2014. The first system was constructed with a combination of donated funds and state rebates. The second phase was funded by a favorable Power Purchase Agreement with a school benefactor. Alacrity facilitated all the details and paperwork for the PPA and arranged funding for the project resulting in a NO COST solution for the Academy and its benefactor.

    Installed 58kW of solar energy on 2 roofs in an active apartment complex. Alacrity's oversight resulted in overcoming challenges from limited roof access, roofing issues, and outdated electrical equipment. Organized low interest funding.

    Represented A.I.I. in the planning, vetting, funding, and installation process resulting in over 2 MW of solar arrays in 6 active mobile home parks with challenging environments of extremely tight quarters. Secured over $7,000,000 in financing and over $2,000,000 of unique rebates from the state of California.

    Jewish Federation of Long Beach / JCC
    Long Beach, CA
    Engaged multiple committees (over a 2 year+ time-frame) to design an optimize location and size of the solar installation, propose and evaluate funding sources, vetted Federation's potential installers. Co-chaired the successful solar fundraising drive. Interacted directly with the main donor ($1,000,000+) and his legal & accounting teams to bring the project to fruition. Facilitated the drafting of five separate contractual agreements between the Federation/donor (PPA), donor/installer, and intra-Federation agencies.
